Divorce Corp

This documentary shows a very interesting view of the Family Courts and why family court cases are a disaster.

A.C.O.D.

Adult Children of Divorce is a comedy about a grown man who  is still caught in the crossfire of his parents 15 year divorce. He discovers he was unknowingly part of a study on divorced children and is enlisted in a follow-up years later, which wreaks new havoc on his family.

Erasing Families

Millions of children are systematically converted into hostages by the family court systemafter their parents separate. Years can pass before children can see parents, siblings, and extended family. These lost family bonds create irreparable harm and rob children of their identities. It is one of the largest public health crises in modern times, but it does not receive attention because it is considered a normal part of divorce.

The Decree

Embroiled in a fierce custody case, one parent risks everything to stop the other from the horrific psychological abuse of their children.  An explosive battle fought largely in the courtroom leaves the children’s fate in the balance, and leads to a landmark legal verdict that no one could have predicted. This project is a fictional feature film, but based on a true story, drawn from our Story Consultant's real-life battle to gain custody of his children...

This is a comedy story of a divorced couple who are complete opposites.  One is strict parent and one is a "loosie goosie" parent.  When the father is looses his rights to visitation with his kids, he goes to extreme lengths to stay in their lives.

This film should be available for purchase or download from various sources.
James Lapine’s family courtroom drama stars Viola Davis, Hayden Panettiere, and Catalina Sandino Moreno as the key players in a custody case set against the backdrop of the myriad struggles at New York Family Court. In one corner, there’s Sara (Moreno), a young, single mother of two who suddenly finds herself embroiled in a custody battle when her son’s teacher calls the Administration for Children’s Services regarding a cut above his eye. Then there’s Martha Schulman (Davis), a beleaguered family court judge struggling through a 23-year marriage to Jason (Tony Shalhoub), and finding that it might not be possible to compartmentalize work and home. Recent law school graduate Alexandra Fisher (Panettiere) is assigned to Sara’s case, and finds it brings up haunting memories of her own. Hanging over it all is the recent death of a young girl whom the system failed. At the heart of Custody, the individual is locked in a dance with the institution and human error butts up against broken systems.
