Narcissism and the Aggressive AlienatorSince 1996, I have been working with families of psychological abuse. And the one thing that stands out is the consistent pattern of behavior by the aggressive alienator. They are almost always Narcissists. Narcissists have extreme low self-esteem and must be in total control. They cannot be outdone and if they are, it enrages them further, especially when it comes to their possessions or children.
