American Disability Act (ADA) Rights

What is the American Disability Act (ADA) or as it is now known American Disability Act Amended Act (ADAAA)?

Let's start with that any parent going through the living death of not having their children in their lives due to parental alienation would and should have some level of PTSD, Stress and Anxiety.  These diagnosises along quantify under the ADA as quantifying for accommodations to assist them in court. These are situational conditions.  This means they are mental health issues that are caused specifically by a situation that has been overwhelming and triggering due to the toxicity of the issue.

The ADAAA comprises numerous federal and state laws including but not limted to 42 U.S. Code § 1983 - Civil action for deprivation of rights, 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, Title I (employment), Title II (federal and State level or any organization that recieves federal or state funding), Title III (private sector businsses), Title IV (Telecommunications and Title V (Miscellanerous) along with each state having their own set of laws that must comply with federal standards.
